Join us for a 4-week series on the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation. These sessions are open to all levels, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or brand new to meditation, all are welcome! Come experience the benefits of mindfulness and enjoy a calmer, more centered you. 

During March, Susan Karda will be leading a 4-week introduction to mindfulness with guided meditation sessions at EHYCstarting on the 4th and continuing on the 11th, 18th and 25th from 6:30-7:30 PM. All sessions will be held on Tuesdays and are by donation.  Register HERE

Burns Night

Celebrate Burns Night at EHYC

Cost: $12 per person (to cover haggis and incidentals)

Dress Code (optional): Kilts, plaid or touch of tartan.

Event Details:

  • This event is initially open to EHYC members only until Tuesday, 14 January.

  • From 15 January, members can register guests for any remaining spots (60 total capacity).

  • Registration closes on Friday, 17 January.

Once registered, you’ll receive a link to contribute to the potluck supper.
