Parking at the club.

A maximum of two parking decals are issued annually for permanent placement on your front windshield. The location doesn’t matter as long as they’re visible. If you’ve lost your decal or need a replacement, just contact the office for a replacement. With limited parking available, only one vehicle per membership is permitted in the parking lot.

  • Only Active members can be issued a guest pass. If you lose it a replacement will cost $25. Guest passes are valid Monday through Thursday, no guest parking available Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

  • Overnight parking is only permitted for Active members who are out on their boat.

  • Unauthorized vehicles will be subject to towing.

  • If you have a temporary vehicle or own more than 2 vehicles your membership card can be placed on your dashboard. Otherwise, you must text Ian (672-833-3492) with your last name and a photo of your license plate.

  • We do not want members to police unauthorized vehicles. Instead, please take a photo of the license plate and text it to Ian at 672-833-3492.

  • We currently do not have the ability to provide power to electric cars or bikes.

  • There is a bike rack available for members inside the secured front entrance gate.

Dock water.

Water is available on the docks throughout the year except during cold weather conditions.

Dock power.

  • Standard CSA 15A approved Marine shore power cable is required. Household extension cords are not permitted. Maximum allowed draw is 300W or 2.7A per boat.

  • The Dock’s electrical circuits are limited in size and therefore the maximum electrical power consumption by any yacht is 300 watts. Members whose Yachts consume more than 300 watts will be notified of the infraction and must stop the overuse immediately or the power will be disconnected.

Electrical power is provided to the docks through ground fault breakers. Users must ensure that their equipment has no ground fault and that cable connections are dry and out of the weather to avoid tripping the breakers and interrupting power to other boats.

  • The breaker has been tripped if the light on the post that you are plugged into is off. If this happens to you please contact Ian who will show you the location of the panel to reset it. He’ll also help you determine the possible reasons why and show you how to measure your power draw over a period of time.

Club Communications.

Email signups, Soundings blog and Yearbook.

Weekly emails highlight the latest news - be sure to check your inbox on Wednesdays and Fridays.
