When a moorage space becomes available and you would like to relocate from your existing moorage space, you have two options available for you to apply. 

Option 1 - The 1 foot rule

If your verified yacht’s length is equal to or no shorter than 1ft of the advertised moorage space you can apply for this space.  If your application is successful, the office will contact you.

Upon award

• Move your yacht to the new moorage space.

• Any change in moorage fee is credited/payable on award. 

• Old moorage space is advertised to the membership.

Option 2 - Your yacht’s moorage is immediately in front of or behind the advertised moorage space

If your yacht is moored immediately in front of, or immediately behind the advertised moorage, you can apply for this space. If your application is successful, the office will contact you.

Upon award

• Move your yacht forward or back into the new moorage space.

• Old moorage space is advertised to the membership.
