Please ensure you visit the Round Salt Spring Website periodically to check for updates / changes to the Notice of Race.

As a skipper you must provide the following documentation, by scan/email to rs-registrar@saltspringsailing.ca, prior to May 10th, 2017:

• A valid PHRF-NW or PHRF-BC rating certificate.  If you don’t have a rating click here to contact PHRF-BC at least three or four weeks before the race to obtain a rating.
• A valid Certificate of Insurance containing at least CAD$ 1 Million liability coverage.  Boats with coverage less than CAD $1 Million liability will not be given a registration package and will be refused entry to the club moorings.

The following documentation must also be presented to the Race Registrar AT REGISTRATION during the afternoon of Friday, May 19th, 2017:

• A completed crew list containing crew names and emergency contact (see template attached).
• Safety Declaration (see attached)

Boats with incomplete documentation will not receive a registration package and will be DNS.

The race is limited to 120 boats and was over-subscribed last year – so register early for the best regatta on the West Coast !
