On Friday August 6, 2021 we are hosting an outdoor Italian evening featuring Michelle Koebke who will sing two 20 minute sessions of classical opera arias. I am no opera buff but hearing Michelle sing from our breakwater with the backdrop of the water and  Vancouver Island was truly magical and not to be missed. To follow on with the Italian theme, members and their families are invited to join in the fun and bring their own Italian themed food and drink– think antipasto, lasagne etc.

For members with boats, we ask you to come to your boats with your own picnics.

For members without boats, we will be setting up some socially distanced chairs along the clubhouse glass railings. Due to limited available seating space we ask that you limit your party to two people – yourself and one of your family members. You will need to register with Nancy so that we can reserve a seating area for you. We will look at the numbers and let you know if you are able to invite any more family members to  your group.

Please note that whatever food/containers/bottles etc. you bring to the club must go home with you.

While on Club property we ask all members to observe the current COVID protocols.

In the event of significant rain in the forecast, the event will be postponed.

There is no alcohol for sale at the Club.

She was amazing and could clearly be heard on the beach and from a house overlooking the bay. This is the first time we have used the barge for a social event. Please join us to celebrate, if not the end of the pandemic, at least a breathing space and a time to be grateful for where we live and play.
